 The Largo Police Department, in partnership with the Haven RCS and
Clear Channel will display anti-domestic violence billboards
throughout the city during the coming year. The first billboard
should be up on April 26, 2008. It will be seen southbound Rt. 19
just south of East Bay Drive on the west side of the road.
As a service to the community, Clear Channel will provide space for 25
additional smaller billboards with the same graphics throughout the
city as empty billboards become available. This campaign will be
followed up with a paid television commercial announcement with the
same theme later this year, followed by educational brochures toward
the end of this year.
