The DIRECT services we are able to provide are:
- FOOD assistance on a limited basis canned goods & dry groceries
- CLOTHING voucher once a month for our Metro Market Thrift Store at 2101 N. Florida Ave.
- DISASTER RELIEF* if household items have been destroyed by fire, flood, etc. *REQUIRES AMERICAN RED CROSS REFERRAL
- COMMUNITY RESOURCE INFORMATION for other services needed
ITEMS LISTED BELOW ARE REQUIRED EACH VISIT:
- PHOTO I.D. FOR APPLYING ADULT
- SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS/COPIES FOR ALL RELATED HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS
- CURRENT PROOF OF ADDRESS FOR FOOD Any Bill (electric, water, gas, phone, cable, etc.), or Rent Receipt or Lease
- REFERRAL FOR FOOD
From any agency, organization or ministry to verify needNO food referral needed for:
- Adults receiving SSD or SSI
- Senior Citizens (62+)

for applying adult and Social Security cards/copies for related
family members (spouse/children). This is a LONG TERM,
SELF-SUFFICIENCY residence program for 1) SINGLE WOMEN or 2) FAMILIES
WITH CHILDREN
WE DO NOT HAVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR BUS PASSES |
