Member survey | Print |  E-mail
Dear DV Task Force members and friends – as we approach our last meeting of 2009 where we will be looking to future projects, the Steering Committee Chair (Bonnie Rosendale) and I have put together a SHORT survey about the task force that we would like you to answer.  It is in survey monkey and is only 10 questions, so please click on the link below and take about 5 minutes to answer the questions – your answers are anonymous of course, so be honest.

We would appreciate it if you would forward to anyone in your agency that knows about the DVTF, whether or not they attend regularly (or ever), so we can hear from others how well we are doing or what we need to improve on.  If you take it first, you can tell who else should get it.

The survey will be available until midnight, November 6, 2009…and don’t forget to come to the DVTF meeting on November 17 to hear the results and help us plan for the future.

Thanks, Wendy Loomas, DVTF Chair
